From a field-sales submission to a usable job

In the SalesRabbit and ServiceTitan example, the integration creates linked customers, projects and jobs, transfers notes and attachments, and skips repeat submissions of the same lead.

Bring job activity back into the sales picture

SalesRabbit and AccuLynx work connects operational information with sales visibility and Amplify activity, with attention to the rules for what counts and who receives credit.

Make customer information easier to act on

The Salesforce example brings CRM information into a Slack workflow, helping people find the context for their next customer call.

A practical Tray example: validate a submission, create the ServiceTitan job, handle exceptions and update SalesRabbit. This development canvas illustrates the workflow; it is not a production uptime or savings claim.

A sensible way to get started.

Start with focused discovery

Begin with a small paid exercise around one part of the solution. Check the process, available APIs, technology gaps and practical alternatives.

Agree a starting range

Use what we discover to agree a high-level approach and an initial time-and-materials ballpark range. Make the assumptions and remaining unknowns clear.

Deliver, learn and refine

Build and test in stages. As the detail emerges, review estimates and priorities together, then agree the next step. Document the work and its ongoing ownership.

Before we start

How do we start?

Share one workflow, the systems involved and what needs to improve. The initial conversation checks fit and direction. Detailed discovery and solution design are paid work with an agreed scope.

How is the work priced?

We normally start with focused paid scoping. We then agree a high-level approach and an initial time-and-materials ballpark range. API access, technology gaps and alternatives can change the detail; estimates and priorities are reviewed as the work progresses. Software subscriptions and ongoing support are discussed separately.

Can you improve an integration already running?

For a purpose-built integration, we can assess what can safely be extended, who owns it and what access is available. A pre-packaged connector may have fixed capabilities; sometimes a separate workflow or another approach is needed.

How long does a project take?

Some focused projects show useful improvements within two weeks. Others need a few months, and complex or evolving work can continue longer. The starting scope, access and dependencies determine the practical timeline.

Will I work directly with Enrico?

Yes. Enrico combines consulting, business analysis, solution architecture, project management and hands-on delivery. He can work independently or alongside your technical team, and translate between technical and business stakeholders.

Which handover would you improve first?

Bring the systems involved, an example of the work and the result you need. You do not need a technical specification to start.
