Where the work gets stuck
If these handovers sound familiar, there may be a better way to run them.
A sale or enquiry is captured, then someone recreates the customer, job or appointment in another system.
Notes, photos and documents stay with sales while the delivery team has to ask for them again.
People check several systems to find out what happened, who owns the next step and what needs attention.
Examples from integration work
Recent work includes integrations for SalesRabbit itself and its customers in the USA. These examples show the approach; your process defines the scope.
Sales to job delivery
In the SalesRabbit and ServiceTitan example, the integration creates linked customers, projects and jobs, transfers notes and attachments, and skips repeat submissions of the same lead.
The next team receives the records and supporting context it needs to continue the work.
Operations to sales visibility
SalesRabbit and AccuLynx work connects operational information with sales visibility and Amplify activity, with attention to the rules for what counts and who receives credit.
Extend the workflow where native connections leave a specific business requirement unmet.
CRM in the daily workflow
The Salesforce example brings CRM information into a Slack workflow, helping people find the context for their next customer call.
Put useful information where the team already works, with an agreed scope and clear ownership.
A practical place to start
You do not need a technical specification. Start with the part of the process your team keeps rebuilding or chasing. Paid discovery establishes what is possible and a sensible starting range.
Begin with a small paid exercise around one part of the solution. Check the process, available APIs, technology gaps and practical alternatives.
Use what we discover to agree a high-level approach and an initial time-and-materials ballpark range. Make the assumptions and remaining unknowns clear.
Build and test in stages. As the detail emerges, review estimates and priorities together, then agree the next step. Document the work and its ongoing ownership.

Consulting, business analysis, solution architecture, project management and hands-on delivery sit within the same engagement. Enrico can speak with technical and non-technical teams, work independently, or contribute alongside your developers and other specialists.
Tray.ai is a core platform in our work. The starting point is your business requirement and existing software, including native integrations that may already solve it.
Explore Tray.ai integration servicesGood-fit projects involve recurring handovers between sales and delivery teams, an owner for the outcome, and access to the systems involved. This can include field services, construction, professional services and technology businesses.
For CRM and integration partners, Naonis can work alongside your team on discovery, data mapping, Tray delivery, testing and handover, with responsibilities agreed upfront.
We are a good fit when sales and operations use different systems and a recurring handover involves retyping, missing context or chasing updates. There should be someone who owns the outcome and can arrange access to the systems. The volume and cost of the problem matter more than a particular employee count. If a simple configuration change is enough, we will say so.
Yes. Enrico is based in Australia, with Australian businesses the main focus and selected international clients also welcome. This can include construction and field services, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and roofing, as well as professional services and technology businesses. Recent ServiceTitan and SalesRabbit examples come from US work; we assess your actual software and requirements rather than assuming the same setup fits every industry.
No. Tray.ai is a core delivery platform in our work, but we first check your existing tools, native integrations and access requirements. We recommend an approach that fits the agreed problem. Platform subscriptions and API access can affect feasibility and cost; these are checked before a build is committed. Work outside our demonstrated capability needs an agreed specialist or a different delivery approach.
We start there. A native connection may solve the problem without a custom build. When it does not, we identify the specific gap, such as field mapping, attachments, repeat submissions, status updates or business rules. The aim is a useful working handover, not another integration to maintain unnecessarily.
It depends on how it was built. A packaged integration usually works within the features its vendor provides; we cannot assume we can change it. For a purpose-built integration, we can investigate what can be extended, what access and documentation are available, and whether changing it is safe. If the existing connection cannot meet the requirement, we explore practical alternatives as part of paid discovery.
Describe one handover, the systems involved and what your team has to do manually. Enrico will respond personally to establish fit and a sensible starting point. We can then agree a small paid discovery exercise focused on a specific part of the solution. Investigating feasibility and working through alternatives are part of that paid work.
Discovery and delivery are paid, on a time-and-materials basis. We start with a focused discovery exercise around a specific part of the solution. This checks the process, technology gaps, API availability and practical alternatives. Finding a workable approach is part of the solution. From what we learn, we agree an initial ballpark range and a high-level approach. That range is an estimate, not a fixed-price commitment. As the details become clearer, we review the estimate and priorities together before agreeing the next stage. Software subscriptions and ongoing support are discussed separately.
Some focused projects can make a substantial difference within two weeks. Others need a few months, while more complex work can continue beyond that as requirements evolve. Access, API availability, technology gaps, business rules and testing all affect the timeline. We start with a useful first part of the solution, then refine the plan as we learn what can actually be done. The timeline is discussed for your project, rather than promised upfront for every integration.
Enrico combines broad business and delivery skills with deep CRM and integration experience. His work spans consulting, business analysis, solution architecture, project management and hands-on delivery. He can work through the business process with non-technical stakeholders, discuss the implementation with technical teams, and connect the two. He can deliver independently or alongside your developers, administrators and other specialists, with responsibilities agreed for the project.
We define those requirements as part of the scope: how records are matched, what a repeat submission should do, how failures become visible and who responds. Access and data handling are agreed with your team, using the permissions needed for the work. The ServiceTitan example skips repeat submissions of the same lead; that behaviour must be designed and tested for each workflow rather than assumed.
You work directly with Enrico through the agreed engagement. Testing, documentation and handover are included as defined in the scope, with clear ownership of the workflow. If ongoing support or improvements are needed, we agree those separately, including responsibilities and availability. Any additional specialist involvement is discussed upfront.
Yes. Naonis can support a partner with workflow discovery, data mapping, Tray implementation, testing and handover. We agree scope, client communication, responsibilities and support before starting. Bring a concrete client requirement or capacity gap so we can establish whether the collaboration fits.
Start with the handover
